Bought a car back in June of 2023. I absolutely love the car and the service was amazing back then, they even shipped my plates to my house once they came in. I recommended my parents to go there recently to find a car and everything just hit the fan. Unfortunately, the dealership was atrocious and I would NEVER recommend them to anybody. The first mistake is the dealership decided to charge my parents $$$ for a trade in of ours (that was fully paid off and verified that there were no payments left on the car), instead of putting the $$ from ...

I purchased a vehicle from Toms River VW in Aug. 2024, including the Volkswagen Drive Easy Protection Plan. I cancelled the VSP on 10/24/2024, and received email and letter confirmations from VW Drive Easy Program administrator. VW Drive Easy sent confirmation to Toms River VW of refund in the amount of $2,094.78 - which was supposed to be sent to me. Toms River VW REFUSES to return the refund to me!!! The manager, Huey Cengiz, Controller, Finance Manager and office staff have all been informed by VW and myself, but they refuse to return calls or emails. VW Toms River is holding my ...

Shamar was wonderful to work with. He listened to what I needed to close the deal & worked relentlessly to help sign a deal that worked for me. He is a great asset to the organization.

My wife and I visited the dealer and met with Tommy M. Fantastic experience. He was extremely knowledgeable. He helped us find the car that was perfect for our family at a fair price. The first time I purchased a car without stress or frustration. The experience is how car buying should be.

Bought a new Tiguan that was missing a key fob. The key fob was ordered. It had to be programmed. I got to the dealership and my car was taken in within five minutes. It took about 20 minutes and I was out the door. It was absolutely painless. It was a pleasure dealing with the service department and the service manager, Dave in particular.

I recently bought a used car for my son's first car. I was treated fairly and respectfully and I got a great deal. My salesman Jim is pleasant, not pushy, a veteran (thank you for your service, Jim), and a good guy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and this dealership. Overall great experience.

Shemar was a pleasure to work with when buying my first car! He was helpful and willing to work with us on the right numbers. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Shemar was a great help for us when buying a new Taos. Nice dealership, everyone in here very professional.

It was a pleasure dealing with Jim and Tom’s River VW i feel Like we got a fair deal

Top notch staff that truly cares about your experience. I dealt with Jim A and always felt he put our needs first. Highly recommend.

Overall experience at the dealership was good. We were greeted by a salesman named Greg who was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He answered all our questions and was not pushy at all.

I’m very pleased with the dealership and our salesman Jim. A no nonsense transaction.

When first walked into Volkswagen. I was greeted by a salesperson named Greg. I had such an amazing experience working with him. If I ever look for another Volkswagen car I would definitely go see Greg! I love my 2024 Tiguan!

Went to Tom's River VW to purchase a VW Atlas. my son & his wife purchased 2 cars there wanted to deal local. But drove one atlas it was ok, started to drive a brand new Tiguan pulled out onto rt 37 fuel light was blinking truck had no fuel had to turn around before running out of fuel. Got into an argument with an employee there telling me to move my car out of the handicap spot so they can pull used cars there I said are you serious it's for customer parking I'm trying to buy a ...

Don not purchase vehicle here like to give you a run around and do nothing been buying cars from there since 2012 and just got worse and worse everytime

I used to love this dealership, but Lauren and Raul are no longer in the service department and now all I feel is ripped off! If I can’t trust the service department I’m no longer a customer. Tommy, my salesman is awesome though!

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE YOU WILL GET SCREWED! If I could rate as -5 I would. They sold me a "certified pre-owned car" 8 months ago that is not actually certified pre-owned. I unfortunately did not realize this until TODAY, 8 months later, when I attempted to use my complimentary 2 years of roadside assistance and VW Corp informed me, they rejected the CPO to the dealership and therefore the car is not actually CPO. I am currently on the side of the road with my vehicle and have been for hours and VW Toms River has been ...

BUYERS BEWARE STAY AWAY BAD BUSINESS !!!!!!SPECIAL FINANCE MANAGER MICHAEL ROYER HE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU I RECOMMEND YOU CHECK THE ALL PAPEWORK BEFOR YOU SIGN I WILL NEVER BUY THE CAR THEIR AGAIN. BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!

The process of buying a car here was fast and problem free! Good inventory Would recommend

terrible experience! VW Passat my battery kept going "dead". Brought it there, on different occasions, kept car for almost a week, each time, no loaner I do not live near a dealership they are the closest one. Change battery, (mine was a new one but they insisted I needed a VW battery)! Then my radio was draining battery, change radio, change Computer, another week, take the chip out of car. Then a couple days later dead battery again, I called they are all booked but drop the car off and leave it, what about a loaner? Sorry no ...

Excellent experience, courteous, strive to please. Thank you Tom, made the visit easy and fast. Very pleased with the whole process.

Caution! Last time I will use Toms River VW. My daughters 2015 Jetta Sport went in for an oil change. $90 for an oil change and they told her she needed an Air Filter ( I Already replaced it the day before) Spark plugs for $300 (she has 49K miles, manual states 60K replace) and stated she needed front brake pads and rotors $600.00. Told them to finish oil change and write up estimate for items. Took her car to another shop. They stated plugs were not needed yet and that the front brakes were still 50%. Rear brakes were about 15% and suggest replacement. Replaced rear ...

Bought my car here and told first 3 oil changes are free...not true! Best part is while I was here arguing this point, they were telling another customer the same thing. Just be aware they tell you things to make their deal seem great but don't follow through with their promises. Don't care about paying for my oil change but don't promise a service you won't keep. Be upfront with my cost, it's my money.

Came in to get my wife a new (used car) as well as trade in my own vehicle. We were extremely impressed with the service from our salesperson, Angelo. He was professional and friendly and walked us through the entire process without us feeling pressured. We left the dealership with two new cars and couldn't be happier. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks, Angelo!!

Bought a preowned “certified” 2018 Tiguan from them less than a year ago, put less than 9,000 miles on it and it already needs new brake pads, plus many other problems the dealership is unwilling to take responsibility for. Horrible service.

Another great buying experience here at Toms River Volkswagen. We have worked with Angelo and Jim and they were both great! We will definitely be back!

I want to make sure to leave a review in all places I can for this place. My Tiguan that I got from here is leaking water inside. It’s a brand new car however the appointment time that a lady gave me is on September 12th. It’s moldy it started to smell and nobody gives a xxxx at the dealership

My salesman Jim A. was great! Very helpful. He showed me all the cars special features & paired my phone to car! Highly recommend this dealership!

Just save your self money and time buy your new vw somewhere else. Took over two months to get car registered and was driving with an expired temp plate for over a month. they did not install front license plate bracket on a brand new car. They just threw in the back of the car. I would of did myself but with all the sensors in front I wanted to make sure its properly installed. Dont have time to go another dealer so I got a $65 ticket two days in row for not having front plates installed. Dealership is trash. ...

Went in to get a new Jetta, was met by Jim A. really great salesman, we worked everything rather quickly and smoothly, I knew that I would be in the dealership awhile (2-3 hours seems normal these days) so I was expecting to be there while everything was processed, Jim was super and kept us pretty entertained, would of been a 5 star review if it wasnt for one thing......THE MUSIC WAS HORRIBLE, must of heard the same songs at least 3 times and they were all this ultra modern crap, looking around the showroom it seems most of the customers ...

Worst dealership I've ever been to. Recieved threatening phone calls from Joann McCarthy after I bought a new suv. Filing complaint with Attorney general

Brett was a great salesman and made my first time purchasing a car a very easy process. He is very personable and knowledgeable! Highly recommend going to see Brett for any car needs!

Brett was the best sales person I’ve ever worked with. He helped me pick out the perfect car and it never felt like he was pressuring me during the experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. 100% recommend!

Not only is Brett Cathcart incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and helpful; he is also extremely good looking. I seriously recommend this stud to anyone coming from any walk of life. Incredible.

Such a wonderful experience! Getting a car is never easy but Brett made it stress free and easy! Would definately recommend and go back in the future

Brett Cathcart was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure , answered all my questions , and I got a great deal! Best salesman I’ve ever dealt with!

Brett made our experience at VW very comfortable. He did not pressure us and was very trustworthy. He was patient and answered all questions politely and professionally.

Brett Cathcart was definitely the best sales person I’ve ever had. He took the time to get to know me, and understand my families understand my needs for a new car. I never felt like he was trying to pressure me or force me into anything. It felt like we worked together to make the best possible choice. Would definitely recommend Brett to anyone looking to get a car.

Worked with Brett Really knew his stuff answered all my questions and took time to show me the differences between the models of cars we looked at, didn’t make the deal today but we will be back to buy a car from Brett and BRETT.

STAY AWAY!! I would give ZERO stars if possible. Wednesday, a used car was available and it was a perfect fit. My wife makes an appointment to see it Friday. Meanwhile, my wife received numerous texts and emails stating that they are excited to show the vehicle. We make a call Thursday to see the car (Santa Fe '10) and we're told to come in, 15 minutes later. We get there and told that it was sold last night. Then, the dealership wants to show us cars that are twice the asking price of the vehicle we wanted to see. And, ...

The whole team made our experience excellent! From the receptionist to the Manager and especially our consultant Nicholas Saccal, were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Went in an hour early to look around and they were on the ball! They had our whole processing over in less than and hour and a half. Negotiations dident even happen told them what we wanted and they over delivered!

Got ripped off, traded in two cars for a lease buyout, agreed to the trade price and when they drew up the contract could not find the trade value to balance anywhere Rather go somewhere else. I was scammed

They tell you a fantasy story over phone just to get you in. When you get to their showroom you realize it was a lie😔

From the very beginning i went to buy a new car and the salesman told me to voluntary repo my car so it would be easier to get a lian. Till i had a problem with the air conditioning this summer and they had no room to get me in. To today when my 1 year old car had a check engine light come on and a coolant light co.e on. Says stop do not drive bring to nearsest dealer. I call last night manager tells me to be there at 8am. Brought my car in they cant look at ...

I leased a '19 VW Tiguan in March. They have not gotten the car registered (it's nearly October!) I have been working with the GM to get the issue resolved but he keeps delaying it. My next step is to send a legal notice to the dealership, Volkswagen, and VW Credit. If the issue is not resolved in next 10 days, I will have to take additional steps since I am making monthly payments for a vehicle I am unable to drive!

I worked with John Fields and he was absolutely amazing to work with! Great attitude, awesome results, really works with your situation as a person, and not just a number. I went to other dealers and was turned away because of my trade in, or was being charged double for a monthly payment. John gave me an awesome deal on a lease for a brand new Volkswagen Jetta that included my payoff that was actually affordable!!! If you need a new car, I highly recommend going to Toms River Volkswagen and asking for John Fields.

Came in to purchase a vehicle with a friend, and the sales transaction initially went smoothly. The salesman was nice and was able to provide the vehicle that we were looking for. A few days later, we get a call that there was a discrepancy in the paperwork that was completed, and that we would need to come back in to sign a new contract. We came back in to sign the new contract and the price came out to be a few dollars cheaper than it was prior which was….great. 3 weeks later, we get a call that the ...

I made a decision to purchase a 2002 Jeep Wrangler from Toms River Volkswagen. The deal I made was for $3400.00 on the road. They informed me the vehicle had mechanical issues so I would be purchasing the vehicle as is. Since they agreed to the on the road deal that told me the vehicle would pass an inspection. Upon getting the vehicle home, my mechanic discovered 3 cracks in the frame. When I questioned the dealer regarding how they were going to tag the vehicle without an inspection, they became defensive and said they would refund the tag and title money but ...

there are 2 dealerships with the same address, seems like the same owner. We bought mitsubishi oulander 2019 from Toms River Mitsubishi. Since we purchased vehicle in the beginning of April 2019 it was about 5 times in the service. The first problem was defected engine control unit that cause the car battery to drain. We could not even open the car. The next issue was leaking sunroof that have been repaired twice. And it still leaks. i have all pictures and videos after the second repair, looks like they provide false repair reports that everything was fixed. The case manager from the Mitsubishi ...

I hardly feel so inclined to write a review, but from my first phone call conversation to picking up our new Atlas, the team at Toms River Volkswagen was the most impressive, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable group I've ever worked with to buy a car! I have to give special shout-outs to Christina and Austin in sales. If you're in the market for a new car, start with Christina and ask for Austin as your sales rep. Christina was patient and friendly. She answered all of my questions, and made the car-buying process easy! She was exceptionally knowledgeable, ...

Manager stated car was certified pre-owned but as soon as there was a problem I was told that was not the case. Now I need a new radiator at a cost of $1050 out of pocket. I will never use this dealership again. Thought the manager was sketchy and I should have listened to my gut.

Came for oil and tire rotation like last time. I did not believe that my tires were rotated last time , so this time i marked the back tires. After waiting 2 hours i was told that my car is ready. The back tires with the mark were still in the back, I questioned the tech Butler Kevin if he did rotate the wheals. He replayed that he did, then I showed him the marks i made. Hi sad well it is very busy today... that is also the excuse i got why the car was not washed. The service manager was ...

When we arrived we were told to move our car and not park in front. We saw this volkswagen golf tdi on cargurus it stated that it was a 2015 for $ 14995. when we arrived and told them what we saw it for they said yes the price is wrong along with the mileage. the actual price was over $17000.00 and the mileage was 20000 more then it stated. They never tried to help us and spoke with an attitude. I left to make a phone call in my car and my son came up to me and said hurry just leave. Just a ...

Original associate on vacation when we wanted to look at car again. Referred us to Tony. Located a car we wanted. Later called to establish price before giving $500 deposit to bring car in to look at. Said we'd discuss offer and call the next day at 11. He was with customer and would return our call. As of 2:40 no call back. Decide for yourself if you'd like to do business here

Toms River Volkswagen - the only one dealer who gave me detailed price over the phone. I have tried a few dealers (Honda, Mazda, Subaru, Nissan...) All of them wanted me to come in first. Then I fell in love with Volkswagen Tiguan from the very first glance. I visited Hamilton Volkswagen which is closest to me. I was ready to buy but the manager didn't approve the deal we made with the salesman. I was upset but now I am grateful to him. He saved me $1000! My experience with Toms River Volkswagen is superior. From the first step ...

This company is a scam.. I leased a 2017 JETTA in Jan 2017 now a year and half later my tire light goes on and when I got my tire checked out the tech told me my tire was plugged and now it’s leaking. Now my vehicle has only been in two people possession of my car the dealer and I.. now I know I never touched my tire. I’ve plugged tires in the past if I had a nail in my tire then be it. I’ll fix it. But no the dealership is not taking responsibility for misleading ...

I initially contacted Toms River VW through an inquiry on their website for a new vehicle they listed in stock. The internet department responded quickly and were willing to discuss parameters of a deal, including ballpark value for my trade-in, without the hassle you get from many other internet sales department. Although it turned out the vehicle was actually a demo, I felt comfortable enough with our email communication to see it. When I arrived at the dealership, it was fairly straight forward getting them to match the best deal I had from another dealer, including taking back both a ...

I BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE WITH A EXTENDED WARRANTY AND IN MY PAPERWORK IT SAYS FREE BREAK JOB FRONT AND REAR!!!! ITS ALMOST TIME TO EXPIRE AND TR VW WONT DO BREAKS MY CAR HAS 58K ON THE ODOMETER. THANK FOR NOTHING VW OF TOMS RIVER MY BREAKS WERE DONE AT NO COST OF MINE FROM ANOTHER LOCAL VW DEALER. BEWARE OF THERE SCAM WARRANTIES THEY SELL THERE.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. I am so terribly disappointed. I have never dealt with a more irresponsible and disrespectful dealership, and I have had my share of car salesman and dealerships. Specifically Frank, don't even know how he has a job there? I was told one thing, and then something totally different. I felt extremely taken advantage of. When I was told that Frank would follow up, he did not. I honestly feel like if I had walked in there with a sh*t ton of money to put down for my purchase I would have been treated fairly. But ...

We had a wonderful car buying experience at Toms River. Having found online the exact VW we wanted, we scheduled an appointment and went. The dealership was easy to find and its showroom was clean, well lit, and updated. Robbie was the sales rep who greeted us during our visit and he handled the entire process smoothly. We agreed on the final pricing with very little hassle and then and proceeded to the paperwork. The procedure was clear and straightforward. Within two or three hours the car was washed Nd ready for us to pick up. The documentation was prepared ...

Originally walked in looking at a pre-owned VW. These guys and gals worked really hard to assist me into a new VW car with my TRADE IN car which had negative equity. I worked mainly with George Ebinger and Fred. Both great assets to TR-VW! Thanks for all your help!!

Buying a Jetta for our new driver in our family was an a pleasant experience presented by a welcoming team at Volkswagon from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we drove away with our vehicle extremely satisfied.

This dealership is worth going to when buying a car. I would recommend this to anyone. Employees are friendly and helpful. The customer lounge is nice and clean they provide food and drinks for us and also have magazines for us to read.

I'm searching for a car for my daughter and was recommended to go to Mitsubishi in Toms River. I was very please how positive the dealership is as well as the great customer service. I can say after 7 dealerships our search for a car is over and we will be making our purchase at Mitsubishi.

Thanks to TOMS river VW Especially Jarrett STEVE was very helpful also Our next car will be purchased at Toms River Volkswagen Great staff, service Might go back just to hang out

This dealership was great. They gave me the lowest price and best deal on my trade. Thank you very much Toms River Volkswagen. Frank Tomas was a pleasure to deale with. I will definitely return for service.

i Ipurchased a used vehicle from Denis, Who is no longer there along with Melissa the GM, gee I wonder why. I was waiting for a part on back order for 9 months. I went to another dealer to see if the part was available, which it was. I went back to them and told service and parts dept. the part was now available. I took them another 3 weeks to get it and failed to notify me the part was in I made numerous trips and phone calls and service and parts could not get together and set up arrangements to ...

This dealership is dishonest, will say anything to get you into a deal, make promises they can't keep, and does not value customer loyalty. When approached with dissatisfied customers, sales manager will like about the availability of general managers and owners. Management claims ignorance and backs the dishonesty of their salesmen while claiming they can do nothing to help. My wife and I currently lease one of the TDI Jetta models that Volkswagen corporate was court ordered to buy back or fix free of charge due to lying about its emissions. We know we had the option to either ...

Great overall experience in leasing a Jetta SE for my son. Everything from beginning to end was spot on. They made it easy to lease a car, the car was exactly what we were looing for! Thank you to Tom and his Team for a great job!

A friend's experience while trying to buy a new car. "VW of Toms River told me to get a better job that pays more because I backed out of a deal I wasn't comfortable with without signing anything. The manager even mouthed me as I was leaving and when confronted if he was talking to me he said "No, Who are you?" Then I went to Freehold VW and got the deal I wanted within 15 minutes. Talk about being disrespectful Toms River Volkswagen" He ended up buying it at another dealer the same day..

I purchased my first lease here under the old ownership. I was happy with the service I received then. Now, my lease was up under the new ownership. I received countless advertisements and phone calls about buying back my lease early. I finally gave in to see what it was all about. 1. Met with salesman and was very clear about what I needed. I told him I didn't want my time wasted and if he couldn't meet my needs, to please respect my time, let me go and I'll bring the car in at lease end. He ...

Wanda & Mike are beyond helpful in getting you in a car that doesn't only fit your price range but always is one you love ! Goes the extra mile to assure you of your purchase & be straight forward with every process ! Highly recommend !

I happen to meet the owner today. He was great. I told him I really didn't want to deal with the bs that goes along with car buying. I dealt with nothing.

Pleasant car buying experience fast enough to get other things done extremely good deal satisfied and will recommend other people to shop at Toms River Volkswagen

My husband and I recently bought a 2013 Jetta TDI. The sales team was excellent in answering our questions regarding the VW Diesel Lawsuit. Nick E went out of his way to help make the sale happen. On a follow up service visit, Michael H and his team took care of all of our needs. I further want to thank Melissa, the dealer manager, for speaking with us and resolving a question we had. The environment is fun, hip, lively. Not at all the typical car buying experience, but then again VW's are not the typical car. We have owned 8 ...

Very accommodating, everyone was so kind. Constantly asking if we needed anything. Dealt with me back and forth until they could find the rperfect car.

The salesman helped my brother and mom buy a car. He was helpful and honest. He didn't push my family into buying something that they shouldn't. The prices were fair and the service was great

My son & wife purchase 2 cars today only due to the salesperson Chris. He made us feel comfortable about our choice & didn't pressure us

There are not enough words to express how I feel about this dealership. Let me begin with Tom the owner...this man is truly amazing and went above and beyond for me. I have actually never seen an owner of a dealership do what he did. He was able to get me approved and in a brand new car. My credit is not that good, I was upside down on the car I previously owned and didn't have a down payment and he made it happen. My next phenomenal person is Matt the salesman again can't say enough ...

DO NOT SHOP HERE..DENIS KELLIHER is a liar, he will promise you everything but will do nothing. He will lie to your face. a few simple repairs and parts on order were never done. Once they got your money they dont care even with a warranty . The GM Mellisa is just as bad she will no help at all.

Toms River Volkswagen should update its sales slogan to BUYER BEWARE. My daughter recently purchased her very first car here, a 2006 Red VW Beetle Convertible with only 45,000 miles and started having automatic transmission problems the very next day! Shifting problems became progressively worse over the next few weeks until the vehicle got stuck in first gear entering a traffic circle, an extremely dangerous situation. On contacting the service manager within 2 weeks of her purchase to report the issue, I was informed there was no warranty and the vehicle would not even be covered under the State lemon law which a ...

Kept waiting 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment with the GM. Seriously not good customer service to keep an upset customer waiting. Spent another 40 minutes discussing my entire experience of purchasing a vehicle and my dissatisfaction with the treatment I've received. She promised to phone me following week, no call. I phoned 2 weeks ago, but the GM wasn't in. I let the receptionist know that I was expecting a call the previous week, and wanted Melissa to call me. No call 3 weeks later! (Customer Service 101 basics.... keep your promises to your customers; when you say you'll do something, ...

ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE AUTO PURCHASE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Actually, I ended up buying my cc from a dealership in princeton. Without getting into irrelevant details, simply put, the Toms River VW dealership changed the deal and disrespected me. This resulted in their losing a cash paying customer, any referrals and my future business. In my opinion, practices of shenanigans and arrogant demeanor most likely in the long run will be attritional on their business. So in short, be careful not to be caught off guard and remember your not required to shop local. I feel a distance of 75 ...

Buyer beware. This dealership is untrustworthy and does not honor written contracts. I signed a leasing agreement that indicated excess mileage would be billed at .12 cents per mile. One month later after trying to get my license plates I was told a mistake was made and the real charge is .20 per mile. The manager refused to honor the written contract so I settled for a monetary payment. I received written confirmation of the monetary payment and two weeks later I have not received payment. I called the dealership and spoke to Ray (says he runs the place) and after first ...

If I could give this place a negative score I would love to. Don't ever buy a used car from here!!! This was the worst car buying experience of my life!! Had the car marked up over 4k, rushed me through the sale and never told me I didn't have 72 hours to bring it back after I mentioned that law was the only reason I was signing for the car right then. Not until after I signed the papers of course. I'm stuck with a car that makes noise which they said they fixed and didn't ...

I had initially called in to ask about a vehicle's pricing which was unlisted that I found on the website, I spoke to Ms. (Soon to be Mrs! Congrats :)!! ) Chelsea Wademan - she was great! Very kind and assured me she would get back to me with the information which she did in a timely manner. I then visited the dealership and was greeted by Mr. Frank Signore. Frank was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend Frank to anyone looking for a New or Pre-Owned vehicle, trust me you do not want to see ANYBODY else! He and his manager, Ray ...

From Seth calling after an online inquiry to Tony Caruso working with me for the sale, Toms River VW was the best car buying experience I've had and they've made a lifelong customer here. Right off the bat they were never pushy, listened to my needs and gave me plenty of space to make my decision. Tony recognized that I was buying the car, not my husband, and spoke/sold to me rather than him (something I've experiences and have been frustrated by in the past!). Ken, from the service department, had experience with the exact model ...

One of the smoothest and best car buying experiences I've ever had. They answered all of my questions on line and even scheduled an appointment for me to test drive the car. The dealership gave me a better trade in allowance for my old car and they had the exact model and color of Golf that I wanted. The sales staff was incredible, they went out of their way to explain the features on the car and answered all of my questions. It was a great buying experience and the dealership is gorgeous. They can't do enough for ...

From the second I arrived on the lot I was attended to in a friendly, helpful manner. This continued once I was assigned to a sales person. I felt I was listened to when I told Isaac the car I was looking for and he was efficient and friendly while coming up with exactly what I wanted. The dealership worked seamlessly with me on pricing and finalizing the sale. I couldn't be more pleased and would return when I or someone I know is in the market for a new/used car.

i took my car to world vw for check engine lite was on and they cleared it and stated that they didnt find the codes thats been on for over 2 months. and claiming that they found out a code for something else and it would cost over $900 to fix and there is no gurantee that it will fix the problem

Steve was great kept the buying process very simple for me . He was very polite and knowledgeable about the car . He was very professional and

On 4/28/2014 we went to World Volkswagen of Toms River to seek out new car After credit was run the manager David and sales rep Chad Lorenzo said only way to get one is to take the 2012 Ford Fusion for now and after making on time payments for 6 months he would get us into any care new one at 0% interest or used 1.9% under their guaranteed customer retention program . On 11/7/2014 we contacted Chad Lorenzo to start the process and were informed that they would not do it and that what David said didn't matter and he was not there anymore and ...

As I was signing the contract, they asked that we sign each page of the Carfax. No one has ever asked me to sign the Carfax. Before signing it, I asked my son to review it and he noticed a discrepancy of over 30,000 miles. I quickly got up and said I would not be signing the contract. The sales manager became angry, aggressive and very unprofessional. He stated that he was 1000% sure that it was an error and that he would take care of it. I said ok then when? He couldn't say when but he knew that it ...

I was in a very unique situation with my credit and went to them, told them what I could afford and features that I wanted in a car, they found the best car possible for me. They made it work financially for me. The guys were awesome. Friendly. And very welcoming. This was the best car purchase I have ever made. I am very happy and will send everyone to this dealership!

After scouring the market for a new car, I settled on a 2015 Volkswagen GTI. John Kosich at World Volkswagen provided me with knowledgeable information, low pressure atmosphere, and a great buying experience. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the markwt for a new or used car.

This was an excellent experience. The guys were funny, polite, knowledgable, and honest about everything. They made me and my family feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend this dealership to everyone!

The alternator failed on our 2 month old 2014 Jetta while we were vacationing and visiting family in South Jersey. We were 700 miles from home and were already in a very stressful situation. To make matters worse, we learned that the part needed to get us on our way was on a national backorder - a nightmare situation to say the least! From the moment we walked in the door, Mike put us at ease and assured us that he would help get us home. He got everyone around him to make the impossible, possible! He went far beyond the limits of ...

I stopped into World Volkswagon knowing which car I wanted to see. The dealer Chad Lorenzo came right up us with a smile and offered his help. He made us feel comfortable and at ease about the transaction. He made the transaction go very smoothly and I drove the car out of the lot that day feeling we both were happy

World of TR "Totally Did It" for me. I walked in with one car on the brain ** 2014 JETTA TDI ** and Steve Alfano Jr. and World VW of TR delivered exactly what I was looking for and within a couple $$ of the low ball internet price that I came in with! Steve was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about what I wanted. The entire buying process was much less painful than I expected and in comparison much better than other local dealerships I have bought cars from. The experience would rate in the top 1-2 that I've had ...

I went into World VW with a quote from the Internet and much personal research on the Nissan Cube that they had as a used car. It stated no haggle pricing and that's what I expected and exactly what I received when I left. If not for the customary paperwork I would have purchased the car within 15 minutes. I was very happy with Harold Fritz our salesperson and his willingness to help us get a great deal.
