Volkswagen Jetta S

The VW Jetta S runs on 16-inch alloy wheels and features a 1.4L TSI® 4-cylinder engine with 147 horsepower and 184.4 lb-ft of torque. A 6-speed manual transmission comes standard, but an 8-speed automatic is also available with Tiptronic®. The VW Jetta comes standard with a front-wheel-drive as well.

The VW Jetta S trim gives you the choice of an ECO Driving Profile for those who want to save a little bit of gas while you’re on the go. You can spend a little less time at the pump and a little more time on the road.

Inside, you’ll find comfortable cloth seats with a 6-way manually adjustable driver’s seat. To help you pack extra cargo, 60/40-split folding rear seats come standard. Meanwhile, the dashboard features a 6.5-inch touchscreen for your infotainment system.

The App-Connect system comes standard and includes lots of smartphone compatibility, including Bluetooth®, Apple CarPlay®, and Android Auto™. A Rear View Camera System also comes standard, so you can also use the screen to check behind you while you’re backing up.

Volkswagen Jetta SE

The VW Jetta SE runs on the same powertrain but makes the 8-speed automatic transmission standard. The cabin has a sportier feel to it with a leatherette-wrapped steering wheel and V-Tex leatherette seats.

To keep you and your passengers comfortable, the SE trim has standard Sport bolstered comfort seats with contrast stitching. The contrast stitching adds flair and style to these comfortable seats, so you know the interior of your Jetta SE looks as good as it feels.

It also offers more ways to get comfortable by adding an armrest to the backseats and including both heated front seats and Climatronic® dual-zone automatic climate control. You can also let some air in with a panoramic sunroof.

Additionally, this trim adds lots of new technology. For example, keyless access lets you hop in and hit the road while the keys are still in your pocket. It also includes driver-assistance features, such as:

• Forward Collision Warning and Autonomous Emergency Braking: If this feature senses a collision, it will alert you and increase brake pressure to help stop the vehicle. If you don’t react fast enough, the Jetta can apply the brakes.
• Blind Spot Monitor: If you try to change lanes, this system lets you know if there are any vehicles in your blind spot.
• Rear Traffic Alert: When you’re backing up, the sensors in this system let you know if any vehicles are coming from the left or the right. The system can even help you brake if needed.
• Intelligent Crash Response System: In the event of an accident, your Jetta will deploy the airbags, turn off the fuel pump, unlock doors, and turn on the hazard lights.

Volkswagen Jetta SEL

While the automatic transmission returns for the VW Jetta SEL, it spruces things up with 10-color ambient interior lighting, an 8-inch touchscreen, and the Volkswagen Digital Cockpit. This turns your instrument cluster into a customizable digital display. You can put it on full-screen navigation mode and save up to four driver profiles.

The infotainment system also gets an upgrade. It now includes a wireless smartphone charger, SiriusXM® Satellite Radio, and a BeatsAudio® system on top of the larger screen. You’ll even have more driver assistance features watching out for you, including Adaptive Cruise Control, a Lane Assist, and High Beam Control.

You can also enjoy more amenities in this trim. It includes heated rear seats and a heated steering wheel to warm your hands up. So you can still clean your windshield on those chilly days, the SEL trim comes standard with heated windshield washer nozzles. No more freezing wiper fluid!

Volkswagen Jetta SEL Premium

As the top trim level, the VW Jetta SEL Premium includes leather seats, a 6-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with memory, and extra adjustable lumbar support in the front row. It can also help you cool off in the summer with ventilated front seats. Plus, the standard navigation system can find the fastest route and guide you with turn-by-turn directions.

If you enjoy the feel of the sun on your skin or the wind in your hair, the SEL Premium has a standard power tilting/sliding panoramic sunroof. You can enjoy as much or as little wind as you like on those sunny days.

When the weather isn’t so nice, the Jetta has got your back. If it’s raining, the standard rain-sensing windshield wipers will make sure your view stays clear. When it snows, your side mirrors stay clear of ice with the standard power-operated heated side mirrors. The mirrors even come with a memory feature, so you get that perfect position every time you drive.
